I really love when couples come to me and have a theme that they would like carried throughout the entire wedding. So when Susan and Todd came to me to plan their wedding, I jumped at it!

They chose RippaVilla Plantation as their ceremony and reception location. Perfect outside venue! Their wedding photographer was Nashville Wedding Photographer- Derek Lee.

Gorgeous Bride

Susan looked so stunning!! They did a lot of the baseball decor items themselves, so they were really able to customize the details. When Susan and Todd, first meet Susan was wearing shoes like these, so she decided to wear them on her wedding day too.

Todd got all of his guys custom cufflinks that related to their likes, I love the ones he chose to wear.

The ringbearer pillow was perfect, Todd cut out spots for their rings. What a great idea!!

For the wedding programs, the couple created a program as you would see at a baseball game. Team logo and all!

The ceremony took place in the side garden, after we moved guest into the patio area for the reception. Instead of a standard escort card table, they created a Will Call board with baseball style tickets inside.

The wedding colors were really able to show through the reception decor.

Since we couldn’t forget the baseball theme, we had a Popcorn cart and a Hotdog cart. Classic Party Rental provided all the rentals and the popcorn cart. The Dog of Nashville came out with a cart for the guest to enjoy hotdogs and all the fixins.

In addition to the popcorn and hotdogs, Down South Delights catered a plated meal for guest. The couple wanted to make sure it still felt like a wedding.

The reception decor was simple, but still really cute. Susan made square shaped overlays in a sparkle green fabric. We positioned them on the table to mimic a baseball diamond with the votives as the bases. The centerpieces were popcorn boxes filled with white hydrangeas to mimic popcorn. Each table was named after the couples favorite teams.

I think the favors were my favorite: Salted Peanuts, Cracker Jack, and Root-beer. Guest loved it!!

Crumb De La Crumb created a fabulous three tiered cake, they still tied in the couples symbol on top. Instead of a traditional cake stand, we took four baseballs in cases and placed a piece of glass on top.

I truly enjoyed working with Susan and Todd, I love thinking outside the box with wedding details!
